1.       Preliminary rules

To buy products in EroPlace.pl you have to accept the terms and conditions.

EroPlace is focused on the wholesale customers who are resellers which is why the prices of products are available for the registered and logged in clients. The minimum value of order is PLN 250 net in traditional system.

2.       Registration

Each client who wants to shop in EroPlace.pl has to register. Registration has 2 stages.

Client fills in the registration form and provides basic data. These data is verified by our system and sales consultants. The registration itself does not mean that the access is available right away. After positive verification client receives an information- by e-mail or phone that theaccount has been activated. From this moment on shopping is available.

3.       Managing data

After logging into the system, client can verify and edit their data and history of orders as well as their password.

4.       Individual level of prices

Clients will be available to buy some products in different prices range. The lowest possible price will be available for clients with big and, in most cases, traditional orders. There is a possibility to change prices at any moment depending on the cooperation level. At the beginning after registration each client is presented with the basic prices as there is no possible way to establish the type of cooperation from the very beginning. In case of frequent and big orders prices will be lowered in future orders. (See Discounts).

5.       Placing and finalizing orders

When the client finishes shopping, after adding products to his order, he goes to his panel or the cart. After looking at the specification of the ordered products he may correct the order, continue shopping or finalize the transaction. To place the order it is necessary to choose the type of delivery and form of payment. After doing so there will be a possibility to go further by clicking the button “next” and then you will be asked to verify the order by clicking the button “accept”. Next step consists of choosing the address under which the order shall be sent. If the address is different than the default one you may add additional address (f.ex. for the drop shipping) or edit the previous address. You may also get back to continue shopping, change the order etc. The last step is to click on the button “ place the order” which will empty your cart  and start the process of completing the order. At the same time you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of placing the order.

6.       Annulment of order

We may annul the order on the client’s request up to 7 days from the moment of placing the order on the EroPlace website under condition that the package with the order has not been forwarded to the courier company. If the client resigns from the order after 7 days from placing it they will be charged with a fee  of 10% of order’s value. The fee is to cover the cost of operations connected with the annulled order. In case when the client does not pick up the COD parcel (cash on delivery) they will be charged with transportation costs (both ways- to and from the client) and with processing fee of 50 PLN. (Processing fee consist of preparing the package, transportation materials, issuing invoice and receipt and all other operations that need to be done to complete the order from the moment of accepting the order to passing it to the courier, as well as the costs of unboxing the order and placing it in warehouse).

7.       Forms of payment

Cash, bank transfer prior to receiving the parcel or COD, PayPal

8.       Shipment costs

Clients is charged with shipment costs. The cost depends on the order. It is possible to pick up the order from our office (call us to arrange it for you).

9.       Delivery time

Delivery will be realized in 5 week days. In case of courier shipments (additionally charged) the received order shall be checked in the presence of the courier. It is the only basis for complaint of damaged goods during transportation.

10.   Complaints

The complaint is only handled when it considers a a defective product. In accordance with the law all products offered in EroPlace are under warranty which covers manufacturing defects of the products bought. Whole warranty procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. In case the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transportation the buyer has to inform the seller immediately about this fact and when it is impossible to repair it in the client’s area the product is to be sent back to seller. Package should include the description of the defect and  place where the product has been damaged. Warranty does not cover damages that occurred due to the improper use or assembly of the product. The invoice which is a basis of warranty can be found in the panel on the client’s account. Entropia s.c. has 14 days to inform the client about the decision regarding the warranty.

 

11.   Protection of personal data

These data will be used solely for the orders processing and marketing purposes by  EroPlace.pl. Registration on the EroPlace.pl website means that you agree to receive marketing materials by e-mail or mail.

12.   Final conclusions

12.1.EroPlace.pl has a right to

a.       change prices and stock of products in the EroPlace.pl online store during the day

b.      resign from certain products previously offered on EroPlace.pl

c.       Add new products to the EroPlace.pl offer

d.      Make and resign from all promotional and sales actions.

12.2.In cases not regulated by these regulations the provisions of the Civil Code apply.

12.3.The sale agreement is entered into in accordance with the Polish law and in Polish language

12.4.The proper venue of the court for claims arising from the sales agreement is a court with venue for the place of business of the defendant or the court which venue is for the place of conducing the agreement. Not agreeing to the above-mentioned will result in terminating the cooperation and terminating the possibility to use the descriptions and photographs of the products.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

The complaint is only handled when it considers a product with flaws. In accordance with the law all products offered in the warehouse are under warranty which covers manufacturing defects of the products bought. Whole warranty procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. In case the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transportation the buyer has to inform the seller immediately about this fact and when it is impossible to repair it in the client’s area the product is to be sent back to the company’s employer no later than in 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Package should include the description of defect and the place where the product has been damaged. Warranty does not cover damages that occurred due to the improper use or assembly of the product. Individual setting of the screen that might show different colors of the products than in reality are not a basis for complaint or return. The invoice which is a basis of warranty can be found in the panel on the client’s account. Entropia .c. has 14 days to inform the client about the decision regarding the warranty and .

Return is not included in costs of delivery and does not cover costs of return to the EroPlace.pl distributor.

COD packages will not be picked up.

Receiver has to check the product received and inform the company about the defect in writing or by phone. In case of a manufacturing defect the returned product will be exchanged for a new product with no defects if the current state of the warehouse allows it. If the exchange is not possible because of the return client can choose a different product or demand reimbursement for the damaged product.

After receiving the package check its contents. If it does not correspond to the invoice you have to make a protocol with the DPD courier. Only then we can handle your complaint about incomplete order.
